Come by our offices at 11am tomorrow to help us with camp cleanup. It will be an enormous help to us, and it will give us all an excuse to hang out again!
We’ll even pay you in pizza.

We’re Heading Home!
We’re currently headed home from an INCREDIBLE week at camp, and we want to keep you updated on our arrival time.
We were able to leave on schedule, but there is standstill traffic on I-40, so we will not be back at 2:30 as planned. For now, please plan for student pickup at 3pm, but stay tuned for more updates.

Info for Sunday, July 8th
There is no youth class tomorrow morning at 9am.
Registration for camp will begin at 1:30 and the busses will leave at 2pm. Please do not show up for registration any later than 1:45!
Registration will be taking place in the lobby of youth offices (in the “White House”). If you are unfamiliar with the offices, go into the small courtyard between the White House and the Main building, and there should be someone there to direct you.
Please bring any remaining release forms with you to registration. We must have all waivers completed before the camper can board the bus.
Campers do not need to bring cell phones. They won’t work at camp, and they will be taken up if a counselor sees one being used.
Campers should bring a bottle for water, white clothes that may get dirty, sun screen, closed-toe shoes, a Bible, a notebook, a pen, anything they might need for a talent show act, and the other items noted on the packing list.

Camp Applications are Here!
Camp is officially renamed Camp Telos. Telos is a Greek word that has tons of meaning… but we’ll talk about that later. Go to the “Forms” section and download your application now! The due date is May 27th and the cost is $205 (but if you need to talk to us about scholarships, please do because we never want money to be a reason someone doesn’t get to go to camp).
Camp Sign Up
Today’s Summer Sign Up announcement is for camp! If you would like to come to camp this year sign up at the information desk outside The Great Hall. There is a $100 dollar deposit due May 26th but you do not have to have the deposit when you sign up. Full Payment will be due June 16th. Hooray Camp!
Help Us Name Camp
Jesse and I are getting really excited about the plans we’re making for WoodmontYG’s camp this year and we’re looking forward to the new identity it is taking on. But, we want you to have a part in giving shape and meaning to Camp. God seems to almost force people into community by speaking different truths to different people. It’s when we come together to talk about God that we get the most complete image of God. So what’s God saying to you? What should camp be about? and, based on that, What should we call it?
For us to consider your idea you must 1) Either be in the 6th -12th grades or be a Lifeguard of one of those grades 2) email Dave your idea at dsessions@woodmont.org 3) write a brief explanation of your idea, and 4) send that in no later than Friday, April 13th.
After all the names are submitted, Jesse and I will find 4 frontrunners and let you all vote on the winner through this website. We will announce the winner at Wednesday Night Church on April 18th.
